Email us at returns@amoun.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using any tracked carrier. You cover the return shipping cost.
We Process
Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5–7 business days.
Policy Details
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the customer covers the cost of pickup and delivery. Once we receive your original item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Undergarments and accessories are also excluded for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and replacement at no additional cost.
