Additional Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your AMOUN account.
Returns & Exchanges Shipping
For returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For exchanges, the customer covers the cost of pickup and delivery of the replacement item.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all regions across Egypt. An additional COD fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@amoun.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
