Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show signs of wear or are returned outside the 14-day window.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This includes items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund, but it remains your responsibility to cover.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are eligible for store credit only — no cash refunds. Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for any form of refund, exchange, or credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@amoun.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement.
